West Germany Scarf Clips make a comeback!

In the world of fashion, you never know what is going to make a comeback. It seems that something makes a big hit, then it goes away for a while, but if it is truly a classic item, it will often make a new entry into the fashion world. That has been the way scarf clips have done. Right now, West Germany clips are all the rage, and a few items you can find at Scarves and More.net will show you why!

My favorite of the West Germany clips is this pretty silver and mother-of pearl clip. What I like about this style of clip, is that it has a hinged ring on the back, and it slides onto my scarf so easily. I have no knots to mess with, and it stays put! The back looks like similar to this Jeri-Lou clip
:
I am a scarf fanatic, so all these scarf clips make my wardrobe pop. I can wear a fancy one, or a plain one, and either way, my outfit looks great. Thanks, Scarves and More, for carrying so many of my favorites!

How to dress a choir for Christmas

Every year, choirs and choruses across the country begin to ponder a very important question. How do we dress for our program? Do we buy matching outfits? Wear robes? What do we do?

I have found a perfect solution to this dilemma. Many choirs wear white or black blouses or shirts, and a lovely Christmas scarf that wraps around the neckline. But that leaves how to match the men? A matching or coordinating tie works perfectly.

Where do we find tasteful Christmas fashion scarves for the choirs? Here are a few:
Poinsettia Scarves,
Holly Scarves
Christmas Ornament Scarf

And many more. These are available from Scarves and More at their Christmas page. They specialize in outfitting Choirs and choruses, as well as businesses (such as hotels and restaurants). You can find all their Christmas scarves here. Scarves and More offers a discount for quantity. And even though ties are not on the website, they will order them for you. Your cantata or choir will look marvelous, and the cost is so low, you will come back for more next year! Happy singing!

A cool new Scarf for Fall!

Wow! I miss summer already. But I am ready to get out my scarves, and this one is wonderful! I just found it, and I am stocking up. It has an amazing open weave, and it has gray and brown in it, so it will go with everything! I love my gray coat from '08, but I have an amazing khaki jacket. This scarf will go with both! The cool thing about this scarf is that it isn't heavy, like a lot of yarn scarves are. The weave is loose and airy, so the scarf isn't weighty. I think this one is going to be a winner!

It is listed as a silk feel mohair, and it is 81 inches by 12 inches. Be sure to find it at Scarves and More.net. Oh, yes, I forgot to mention:

It's only $6.50! WOW!

New Scarf Fashions for 2009

Well, I did it!
I finally started a blog! This is going to be fun, I can share my excitement over all the new scarf fashions.
First I want to tell you about my favorite summer scarf. It is lightweight fringed rayon, with an animal print. It comes in purple, brown, teal and my personal favorite, green.
I found it at

Fringed Scarves at Scarves and More.net

Many of my friends like the teal best, my daughter likes the purple. I guess my green eyes draw me to the green one.

One of the most popular scarves around these days is the Shemagh scarf, which is a big square black and white houndstooth checkered scarf with fringe.

I love the one I found at Scarves and More Shemaghs
It comes in lots of colors, too!

I will be blogging more soon - maybe about scarf clips! I am new at this, but I love scarves, so it is going to be lots of fun!
